Living Expense
We
estimate that your living expenses will be around
5,000 Baht per month including 3 meals, transportation
cost, and personal expenses. This does not include
accommodation expenses, and luxury items. |

Accommodation
The
University provides a number of dormitories for
both men and women. |
| |
Accommodations for female students
Female
students are housed in 3 Residence Halls, with
14, 4 and 2 floors respectively. The first with
a capacity of 519, contains 173 rooms, each with
triple occupancy. The second, with a capacity
of 280, contains 70 rooms each with 4-person occupancy.
The third, with a capacity of 192, contains 64
rooms, each with 3-person occupancy. |

Accommodations for male students
Male
students are housed in a 14 storied residence
hall with 250 rooms, each with a quadruple/4-person
occupancy. The application period for new students
begins in the 2nd and 3rd weeks of May, while
that for current students is in late February.
Additional applications are welcome in September.. |

Transportation
Students
may drive a car and park in the University parking
lots, or else take a bus. There are both air-conditioned
and non-air-conditioned vehicles, which provide
an extremely cheap options. Bus routes, which pass
by the University, are as follows: |

Chulalongkorn
University wishes to live up to its moral and
social responsibilities. An important part of
its educational program is to emphasize a well rounded education, and a humanistic outlook.
All of the University’s syllabi and pedagogical
as well as extra-mural programs and activities
have been designed to sharpen a sense of social
justice and responsibility, as well as an ability
to meet community needs. The University cannot
purport to serve as a model of good conduct, nor
can it pretend to have answers to all problems
in moral, ethical, or social matters. However,
by raising pertinent questions and demonstrating
concern for such matters, Chulalongkorn can render
a service to the nation. |

importance of producing well-educated and well-rounded
graduates while inculcating in them a humanistic
outlook is emphasized. The EBA program and Chulalongkorn
University offer various programs, services and
information resources designed to sharpen a sense
of social justice and responsibility and to enhance
the quality of student life and to foster a sense
of community among students. |

New Student Orientation
The
EBA’s New Student Orientation is a two-day period
of activities and programs, which gives students
the opportunity to learn about the EBA program
and Chulalongkorn University in a friendly and
informal atmosphere. Experiences from the New
Student Orientation can help students better prepare
for their studies and lives at Chulalongkorn University
and complete the EBA program successfully. The basic
schedule of Orientation events is obtainable at
the EBA office. |

Educational Trips
In
addition to lectures, the EBA program organizes
various educational trips with the aim to promote
understanding and appreciation of theories taught
in classrooms. These trips further students' careers by giving them experience and knowledge beyond their classroom education. |
